"Down The Hill" hereby grants limited permission to any individual, group, organization, and/or company, the use and distribution of all Works on DownTheHill.net, so long as "Down The Hill" is stated as the author of the Work, and "Down The Hill" is properly attributed using the HTML anchor tag (<a href="http://www.DownTheHill.net/">DownTheHill.net</a>), and/or at your own option any other DownTheHill.net URL. If a link cannot be placed in HTML a URL must be present.

If the Work is spoken, or displayed, in a public performance, or on Television, or in any other form of public speech performance, DownTheHill.net must be mentioned. Otherwise this policy forbids the use of our copyrights and/or trademarks, as under Section 3. See Section 4.
